The format is flexible but usually includes three sessions in one day of instruction. Four or more dances are taught. The restoration of the Jewish people to the land of Israelis taught as well as the Biblical application of the principles found in each dance. After each session there is time for personal prayer. These workshops are dynamic, life changing events that not only teach men, women and children the fundamentals of Davidic (Messianic) dance but also break bondages, set people free and hopefully, give them a great love for Israel and the Jewish people.

Who can participate?	Men, women and children 14 and older.
Is any special clothing or shoes necessary?	Comfortable clothes should be worn. Dress in layers including short sleeve shirts. Shoes should provide good support such as sneakers. A second pair of dance shoes (i.e. ballet slippers or shoes with leather soles) is beneficial.
What else do we need to bring?	A boom box, selection of music you want to choreograph dance for, water bottle, a small towel, a notebook and pen or pencil for notes.
How long does it last?	Registration 9:30-10:00. Session I 10 am - 12:30 pm Stretching Instruction for 4-5 dances Short Biblical teaching for each dance Session II 2:00 pm - 3:30 pm Class on How To Choreograph Prayer to release people into dance ministries Break into small groups to choreograph dances Present dances to group Session III 3:30-4:00.
